📦 Cash on Delivery (Deutsche Post / DHL)

With Cash on Delivery, you pay the invoice amount only when you receive your package, directly to the delivery agent.

Important notes:

• Payment is made in cash or by EC card (depending on the delivery agent)

• Additional cash-on-delivery fees apply

• Your order is shipped immediately after the order is placed

This payment method offers maximum security, as you only pay once the package has arrived.

🏦 Prepayment by Bank Transfer

With prepayment, you transfer the invoice amount in advance to our bank account.

2. You receive our bank details by email

3. Your order is shipped immediately after payment is received

Depending on your bank, the transfer may take 1–3 business days to arrive.
