Shipping and Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated, the delivery and payment terms listed in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all online orders placed via the maiwell online shop system. Any shop-specific conditions can be found in the separately listed shipping terms of the respective online shops.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made from our warehouse to the delivery address you provide. Any information regarding delivery times is non-binding. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you immediately that the ordered item is not available.

Shipping Costs

We always charge the most favorable shipping costs applicable to your order. Our system calculates an estimated shipping cost based on the total weight of your order. The final packaging may differ from this estimate.

If the actual shipping costs differ from the calculated amount, we will contact you before dispatch.

Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective offer, delivery times are as follows:

• Germany: 1–3 business days

• International deliveries: 3–9 business days

(In the case of advance payment, delivery time begins after your payment instruction.)

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

For self-collection, we will notify you by email when the goods are ready for pickup and provide details on collection options. No shipping costs will be charged in this case.

Further Payment Details

For payments on invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.

When paying via SEPA direct debit (consumer or business), you authorize us by granting a SEPA mandate to debit the invoice amount from your specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the debit date. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on the announced date.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon shipment of the goods.
